Earlier today, the UK's National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) issued an alert regarding two newly identified critical vulnerabilities in PHP, advising organisations to take immediate precautions to protect their systems.

As a precautionary measure, we have made the decision to temporarily take our fulfilment software offline and suspend all fulfilment activity across our network.

We appreciate that this is a significant disruption, particularly as we approach Peak, but protecting the security and integrity of our systems, and the data entrusted to us by our clients, must remain our priority.

What does this mean for my orders?

While our systems are offline, orders will not be processed or dispatched from our fulfilment centres. Additionally, at this stage we’re unaware of what impact this will have on our supporting systems, including tickets and other client service communications.

Our team is closely monitoring the situation and will implement the necessary security updates as soon as they become available. Operations will resume once we have completed the required checks and are confident that our systems can operate securely.

At this stage, we cannot confirm exactly when normal operations will resume. However, we will keep you updated as the situation develops and provide further information as soon as possible.
