Details
On Saturday 10th August, we'll be performing some essential maintenance on ControlPort™. To ensure the maintenance impacts you as little as possible, it will take place at 22:00 UTC (23:00 BST).
We expect the maintenance to last approximately 1 hour. During this time, you won’t be able to access ControlPort™. Once the maintenance is complete, you’ll be able to access the platform as normal.
Please also be aware that during maintenance, channel polling will be suspended, and our API will be unavailable. Once normal service resumes, channel polling will be automatically resumed, and you’ll be able to resend any API requests which were unsuccessful.
We will keep this status page up to date with our progress during the maintenance period.
